What happens once I place my order?
As soon as the payment is verify we will process your order and shipped to you via our courier EMS, USPS or other depend on your address.

How can your prices be this low?
We try and keep our prices as low as we can without harming service and quality, simply by reducing costs where possible, low margins, small staff, batch shipping, more returning customers, no physical distribution center and more.

Refund Policy?
Due to federal and local laws we can not receive medication back after they were dispatched, if for some reason your order did not arrive or was lost – we will issue an immediate refund or send another parcel as per your request. You should also check your local exportation laws regarding Generic medication, some places might disallow such an export.

What are your shipping policies?
Our order process has three specific phases – each with its own timetable. The three phases are payment processing, fulfillment, and shipping. An explanation and estimated timetable for each follows:

Payment Processing:
Your order is reviewed by our Finance Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your payment method has been approved, the order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment and shipping. Please note, Finance Department can take up to 3 business days, depending on how quickly we receive approval from our verification system and the type of payment that you are using. If the payment is unverified, we will contact you to receive the details for another form of payment. If you have paid via wire transfer, the full amount of funds must be received before the order is sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.

Order Fulfillment:
If the item(s) in your order are in stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our manufacturer. If the item(s) in your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory in our warehouse. If part of your order is in stock and part is out of stock, you will receive the “in stock” portion immediately, and the “out of stock” portion when it arrives.

Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped to you. From the moment that you receive the email notifying you that your order has been shipped, the shipping time officially begins. There is an express shipping option for generic medications in most locations throughout the world. Express shipping means that you will receive generic medications between 7-14 business days after order fulfillment is completed (and you have received email notification that your order has been shipped), whereas via standard shipping the delivery time is between 14-21 business days after order fulfillment is completed. Please note, there is currently no express shipping offered for Brand medications. Brand medications delivery time is between 10-21 business days after the order is fulfilled.

If your order is held up in Customs, it is our policy to ship out a replacement order, as a courtesy, at our cost. However, as this is done strictly as a courtesy for our customers, and as we have no responsibility or liability for what packages Customs decides to confiscate, the cost of the express shipping will not, under any circumstances, be refunded. So while the reshipment of your order will be done entirely at our cost as a service to you, the express shipping charge will not be refunded.

How does express shipping work?
Express shipping is currently available only for generic pills. With express shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days from the day the order is shipped. If you order multiple products, we will do our best to ship everything together via express shipping. However, if this is not possible,we will ship what we can via express shipping, and the remainder of your order will be sent via standard shipping. If express shipping is not available in your location, you will receive an email from us advising you as such.

Shipping parcel rules?
In one parcel we can place up to 250 pills for to send it to you. If your order will have a number of 251 pills until 500 pills, you will pay two time the shipping fee. When the agent will get your orders he will give you all the details.
